Villa Karin
Very quietly located holiday home “Villa Karin” is located a few steps from the dunes, a little further is the beach. This holiday home is fully equipped for 6 people.
The house, which has been completely renovated, is equipped with all modern comforts and exudes cosiness and tranquillity. A fully automatic ventilation system, a new, modern kitchen with all appliances and even a washing machine and dryer is available.
The three bedrooms are equipped with Queen Size beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and high quality Bio Active mattresses. One double bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms, each with two single beds on the first floor.
There is a large garden (800 m²) with sun terrace where you can enjoy the bright sunshine. At the back of the garden you can already see the dunes at a distance of 100 meters, which invite you for a nice walk through the dunes towards the sea and beach. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has ample parking.
COVID 19
To prevent the spread of germs (such as Covid 19), our standard final cleaning was supplemented with a thorough disinfection.
This will be done according to the guidelines of the Covid-19 safety protocol, serving for holiday homes, was drawn up according to guidelines of CIB Vlaanderen and Logeren in Vlaanderen vzw, as well as according to the guidelines of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and more.
We consider it a priority that our holiday home “Villa Karin” is cleaned and disinfected as completely as possible when you check in, in order to prevent the spread of the COVID 19 virus and to contribute to ensuring that you can enjoy a safe stay.

Would you like to stay in peace and quiet, but a stone’s throw from the sea and beach, this modern charming house is an ideal holiday spot for you. After your blissful night’s rest and relaxation in the holiday home, you can go in all directions to enjoy a fascinating holiday.
With an ideal location, right next to the “Plaatsduinen” dune area and at 800m from the seawall and beach, you will stay in a beautiful and very quiet place to spend your holiday.
The beautiful extensive surroundings of the dunes at the back are ideal for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. Already after a walk of ~30 minutes straight through the dunes you can reach the sea and beach of Oostduinkerke.
Not only are many nature walks through the dunes and natural areas possible from this location, but also cultural attractions, museum and others.
For cyclists, there are beautiful cycling routes here via the many possible cycling junctions
Also golf lovers (within walking distance), tennis lovers, water sports enthusiasts will find what they are looking for in the vicinity.
